GET ILLUMINATED! Moving Light Forum on Abstract Film and Animation

iotaCenter and the Museum of Neon Art in downtown Los Angeles team up to present a collection of film works by contemporary and historical visual artists that will provide an overview of kinetic experimental filmmakers Hy Hirsh, John Whitney, “the father of Computer Graphics,” Pat O’Neill, and Jules Engel. Los Angeles-based artist Joaquin “Kino” Gil will also be in available for a Q & A after the screening.
