Questions or Returns?

The iotaCenter is proud to guarantee all its merchandise. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging
within 10 days for a prompt refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any book that has
obvious signs of use; any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken
out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective; or any item that is not
in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. We cannot
refund shipping charges.
